Melisa Carrascoza has been promoted to Business Banking Market Executive for the New England South region at Citizens.
Carrascoza’s 13-year journey at Citizens started as a part-time teller. She has been progressively promoted all the way up to her current role, where she leads a team of relationship managers across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Southern Massachusetts.
Carrascoza is active in her community, serving on the advisory board for non-profit EforAll and working with Social Enterprise Greenhouse to support small businesses.
