Meghan A. Hayden Elected Partner at Harris Beach Murtha

Harris Beach Murtha is pleased to announce that Meghan A. Hayden has been elected a partner of the firm. She is an integral part of the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group and Financial Institutions, Municipalities and Local Agencies and Real Estate Developers industry teams. Meghan advises clients on finance, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, loan workouts and restructuring, construction contracts, joint ventures and other commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes representing lending institutions, property developers, owners, tenants and landlords. Meghan also represents and advises municipal clients in connection with general real estate and municipal matters. She was recently admitted as a fellow to the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. Meghan earned her JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2005 and was valedictorian of her class. She is based in the firm’s New Haven, Conn. office.
