That’s reflected in Hartford Business Journal’s 2024 Women in Business awards, which garnered nearly 100 nominations.
In the pages that follow, we recognize 25 women who are making a significant difference within their organization and the community.
Meet HBJ's top 25 Women in Business leaders
This year’s winners hail from diverse backgrounds and industries, including the accounting, banking, legal and nonprofit sectors. We also have entrepreneurs.
In each of the past 22 years, Hartford Business Journal has honored the region’s most talented women in leadership roles throughout central Connecticut. The winners are nominated by readers and chosen by a panel of independent judges.
This year we’d like to thank our judges (Duby McDowell, Lauren Carmody and Michele McQueen) for helping choose our winners.
Meet HBJ's top 25 Women in Business leaders
We will honor this year’s Women in Business leaders during a May 2 event at the Aqua Turf Club in the Plantsville section of Southington, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
We hope you enjoy this issue and are able to attend the event. And if you have ideas of deserving honorees, please consider nominating them next year.
