A multi-tenant medical office building near Milford Hospital has sold for nearly $1 million.
The property at 140 Clark St., was bought for $965,000 by 140Clark LLP from Wallbanger Enterprises LLC in a deal recorded Aug. 14.
The two-story building has multiple tenants, including several medical professional suites, and a residential unit, and is located close to Milford Hospital.
The building was built in 1989 and features more than 4,100 square feet of space, with a total appraised property value of at more than $815,000.
