A Durham-based company has purchased a medical building in Madison for $1.1 million.
The 6.300-square-foot building at 1321 Boston Post Road was sold by Madison-based PMSJ LLC and principal Christopher M. Salafia, to JL Boure Holdings LLC and principals Jennifer Lansdowne and Ludovic Boure in a deal recorded Aug. 20.
Built in 1987, the medical office complex sits on less than an acre of land on the busy stretch near other medical centers, shops and restaurants.
The property has a total appraised value of $925,000.
