A one-story medical office building in Darien has traded for $2.5 million, according to the town’s property records.
Center Ct Holdings LLC, controlled by Lynn Wojton, of Darien, bought the 2,985-square-foot building, at 1472 Boston Post Road, in late February. Wojton is a New York-based cosmetic nurse injector and laser expert, according to her website Nurse Lynn Wojton. She did not immediately return an email seeking comment.
The seller was SS Realty of CT LLC, which owned the building since December 2016, property records show.
The building, which sits on a 0.2-acre parcel and was built in 2000, is appraised at $1.57 million and assessed at $1.1 million.
Tenants include Darien offices of Greenwich Health and Latrenta Plastic Surgery, according to their websites.
