The 4,656-square-foot property at 162 East Main St. was purchased by East Main Holding LLC of Clinton from SPAM LLC of Madison, according to O,R&L Commercial, which brokered the deal.
State business records list Sahdev Keshwala, who has a Clinton business address, as a principal of East Main Holding LLC, and Bruce Freeman, who has a Madison business address, as a principal of SPAM LLC.
The building, constructed in 2001 on 0.57 acres, has a 2025 appraised value of $857,100 and an assessed value of $600,000, according to town property records.
The property is anchored by ProHealth Physicians and has two additional office tenants. It was fully leased at the time of the sale.
Town records show SPAM LLC had owned the property since 2000, when it acquired it for $85,000.
O,R&L Commercial broker Sam Crampton represented the seller and procured the buyer.
