The Hartford County Medical Association has appointed Dr. Bollepalli Subbarao, a psychiatrist, as president.
Subbarao earned his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in India and completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of Connecticut Health Center.
He practices at Advanced Behavioral Health in Middletown.
