New Jersey law firm McCarter & English LLP elected Bryan D. Zerhusen a partner in its Hartford office, one of nine attorneys to achieve the select status.
Zerhusen practices in the intellectual property/information technology group. He has scientific experience researching molecular and physiological origins of cystic fibrosis, and three years as a researcher at a genomics-based pharmaceutical company.
He also holds several patents relating to biological therapeutics.
Zerhusen earned his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law and his Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
The other eight new partners are spread among McCarter’s Boston, Newark, and Wilmington, Del., offices.
