Golden Consulting Group in Bloomfield hired Stephen Brouillard as consultant and developer. Brouillard was most recently a senior programmer and analyst at Sysco Corp.

Steven Brown joined the Hospital for Special Care in New Britain as clinical neuropsychologist. Brown was previously practicing at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center.

Howard R. Zern joined The Simsbury Bank & Trust Co. in Simsbury as senior vice president and chief bank operations and technology officer. Zern was previously principal at Howard R. Zern & Associates.

Lynn Pasquerella, currently vice provost for academic affairs and dean of the graduate school at the University of Rhode Island, was named provost at the University of Hartford.

Alisa Gaudiosi, president of Alliances By Alisa Media Relations, was named personal shopper for Lord & Taylor in the Westfarms Mall in West Hartford.

Caron Lanouette, community benefit coordinator at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, was named chairwoman of the Connecticut Hospital Association’s community benefit reporting work group.

Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford appointed Danny A. Korkmaz as specialist in cardiovascular medicine. Korkmaz was formerly a fellow in interventional cardiology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center.

Connecticut River Community Bank in Wethersfield promoted Annette R. Larabee to senior vice president and commercial loan officer. Larabee was previously vice president and commercial loan officer.
