William Brady was named store director at Tiffany & Co. in West Hartford. Brady was formerly store manager of Tiffany’s in East Hampton, New York.
The Spencer Turbine Co. in Windsor promoted James Buckley to manager of quality, Joseph Ibets to manager of mechanical engineering and Cheryl Blood to project manager. Buckley was previously chief engineer. Ibets was formerly mechanical design engineer and Blood was supervisor of document control.
The Better Business Bureau of Connecticut in Wallingford hired Howard Schwartz as communications director. Schwartz was most recently director of media relations at Maryknoll.
Murtha Cullina in Hartford hired Lana M. Glovach as counsel and Sarah P. Kowalczyk as an associate. Glovach was previously bond claim manager at The Hartford Financial Services Inc. and Kowalczyk was a legal intern in the superfund branch at the Environmental Protection Agency.
William McCluskey was hired as vice president of commercial lending at CU Business Capital in East Hartford. McCluskey was previously vice president at First Horizon Construction Lending.
