Mattress store to occupy Milford space 

Mattress Plus LLC of Waterbury has leased a 6,000-square-foot space at 1770 Boston Post Rd. in Milford.

The business will sell not only mattresses, but furniture, rugs and home decor products at the new location.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed.  Richard Schnider of True Commercial Real Estate in Westport represented the tenant,  and Carl G. Russell, commercial broker with H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate in Milford, represented the landlord.

Mixed use property sold in North Haven

Properties at 356-360 State St. in North Haven sold in early December for $750,000. 

The combined sites total 2.3 acres with 200 feet of frontage on State Street. The parcels have two single family homes and two commercial buildings, one  2,891 square feet and the other 4,102 square feet.

Joel Nesson, senior advisor of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, represented the seller C & R Enterprises LLC., and procured the buyer 360 State LLC.

Cabinet company leases Branford location

Affordable Cabinets, Granite & Tile has entered into a long-term lease to occupy property at 2 Liesl Lane in Branford.

The store is 3,560 square feet and will be the business’ third Connecticut location. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Stephen Press of Press/Cuozzo Realtors of Hamden was the sole broker and represented the landlord, Liesl Lane Associates, and procured the tenant.

Industrial condominiums sold in North Haven 

Two contiguous industrial condominiums at 222 Elm Street, Units 3 and 4, North Haven, recently sold for $248,000.

The units total 4,040 square feet and are part of a 15-unit industrial condominium complex located directly across from North Haven High School.

Tony Poccia, of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services, represented the seller, Fluid Properties, LLC.  James Fazzone of Cheshire Real Estate Commercial represented the buyer, Randal Raines.
