Webster Bank promoted Charlotte Mattei of Branford to senior vice president in its business banking unit.
Mattei joined the Waterbury regional lender in 2010 as vice president, relationship manager.
A 25-year banking veteran, she is based in Madison, covering an area from East Haven to Groton.
Mattei is on the boards of the Foundation Board for BHcare and the Branford Italian American Club. She is a member and past board member of the Branford Rotary Club.

She served on the Branford Festival and is a founding member of the Branford Jazz Series; and is a founding member of the Branford Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting.
