Springfield insurer MassMutual is combining two trustee boards for four of its mutual fund families into one.
One board will now oversee the MassMutual Premier Funds, MassMutual Select Funds, MML Series Investment Fund, and MML Series Investment Fund II.
MassMutual said shareholders approved the consolidation, effective Jan. 1, eliminating the need to replace any independent trustees down the road.
