Four businesses, ranging from a beauty salon to a massage therapy center, recently leased space or expanded inside the Powerhouse Building in New Haven.
The Proto Group of North Haven served as sole broker for four recent leases at the building, at 458 Grand Ave., New Haven. The leases were finalized in June and July.
Satisfied Glow of Meriden leased a 412-square-foot space there for one year, with a lease value of $5,562.
Beauty Winks of New Haven, a beauty salon, inked a one-year lease for 390 square feet, for a total value of $5,265.
BH Care of North Haven, a behavioral health clinic, has expanded its current location at the Powerhouse Building from 531 square feet to 1053 square feet.
Also, Hannah Dwyer of New Haven leased a 490-square-foot office space there for one year for a massage therapy center, according to The Proto Group.
CAPP Associates of New Haven is the landlord.
