A Mass.-based provider of fiber optic construction services has added its first Connecticut location in Middletown, brokers say.
Phoenix Communications Inc., based in Shrewsbury, Mass., recently leased a 2,976-square-foot office building at 110 North Main St. from owner O&G Industries Inc., of Torrington, according to Sentry Commercial, which was the sole broker in the transaction.
Founded in 2000, Phoenix offers fiber optic network construction, maintenance and management services.Â
The company, which also has an office in Boston, employs more than 100 people in Massachusetts and serves over 150 customers.
