A Massachusetts-based buyer recently paid $7.37 million for a 59-unit apartment building in Norwich.
A limited liability company headed by Karim Jouki, of Franklin, Mass., sold the 1963-vintage, six-story apartment building on 1.7 acres at 206 Washington St.
The buyer was Tiffany Murphy Properties LLC, headed by Tiffany Galipeau, of Sutton, Mass.
The 53,340-square foot building has a brick and masonry exterior.
In early 2022, Tiffany Murphy Properties paid $2.4 million for five multifamily properties in downtown Webster, Massachusetts, according to the Worcester Business Journal.
