A Massachusetts-based home remodeling company is hanging its first shingle in Connecticut with a new Hartford location.
NEWPRO has signed a 14,000-square-foot lease at 75 Brainard Road, according to the deal’s broker, Hartford-based Sentry Commercial.
According to its website NEWPRO is a third-generation, family-owned company that offers various home-renovation services. It has two other locations in Massachusetts.
The company’s Connecticut expansion comes as the pandemic continues to spur a remodeling boom as people spend more time in their homes.

75 Brainard Road is a 58,599-square-foot industrial property owned by F9 Properties LLC, according to Sentry Commercial.
