A 15,000-square-foot industrial warehouse in Windsor has sold for $995,000 to the owner of a Massachusetts-based decorative brick and stone veneer supplier.
The property, at 363 Addison Road Extension, was purchased by Doganci Properties LLC, which is controlled by Saltuk Doganci. Doganci is the owner of Massachusetts-based Faceables Decorative Brick & Stone Coverings LLC.
The buyer plans to occupy the property, according to Evan Berman of Broder Commercial, who represented the seller, Chikeray Realty LLC. The seller is controlled by Raymond E. MacAlpine, who lists a business address in Manorville, New York.
Property records show MacAlpine bought the property in 2008 for $600,000.
