Hartford-based accounting and advisory firm Whittlesey is expanding its footprint in Massachusetts.
In a statement, Whittlesey officials said the company has absorbed Bova, Harrington & Associates, a CPA and financial consulting business in Northampton.
Financial details of the linkup were not disclosed.

Apart from the Bova, Harrington location in Northampton, Whittlesey has offices in Hartford, Hamden and Holyoke, Massachusetts.
