A package of 54 gas stations, some with convenience stores and service centers, including 21 in Connecticut, are for sale, according to a listing from NRC Realty & Capital Advisers.
In addition to the Connecticut sites, the sale includes gas stations in Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and New York. All of the properties are currently owned by Massachusetts-based Global Partners LP.
The properties are being sold with their current gasoline brand, which includes a mix of Citgo, Mobil and Exxon stations.
Buyers will agree to purchase their fuel supply from Global Partners.
Buyers can bid any amount; asking prices are not being published. Buyers may bid on as many, or as few, properties as they would like.
The Connecticut properties span across the state, including Avon, Rocky Hill, Norwich, New Haven and Danbury, among other towns and cities.
Global Partners is accepting sealed bids until Aug. 29.
“This is a great opportunity for smaller operators and dealers to buy one or more sites,” said Evan Gladstone, executive managing director of NRC Realty & Capital Advisors. “Most sites available for sale over the past several years have been snapped up by larger companies.”
