Masonicare has hired Ellen Sprafke Casey as assistant nursing administrator at its 382-bed health center in Wallingford.
Casey previously worked for Genesis Health Care as a nursing home administrator. Prior to that, she was a consultant dietitian for nursing homes around the state.
