Mark Cutler is the newest chairman of the Greater Hartford Chapter of the Service Corps of Retired Executives, a small businesses counselor.
Cutler spent 32 years with consumer-goods giant The Gillette Co., half of it living and working outside the U.S. in Panama, Peru, Spain and England.
He retired from Gillette in 2002 and has been active in SCORE.
