A Manchester technology company is partnering with an Indian firm to combine their automation and digitization services for clients, according to information from the companies.
Scan-Optics, a data management company based in Manchester, and Datamatics, a global digital technology company based in Mumbai, announced earlier this month a partnership that will help organizations they work with enhance automation of business operations.
Essentially, the partnership includes a merging of both companies’ services. Scan-Optics digitizes, classifies, and migrates data for its clients, while Datamatics uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to help automate some business processes. Representatives from Scan-Optics said the partnership will create a “one-stop-shop” for companies looking to digitize parts of their business.
Now, Datamatics and Scan-Optics will offer their clients services such as document digital conversion, intelligent document processing, digital record management and robotic process automation.
