A Manchester property hosting a medicinal and recreational cannabis dispensary adjacent to the Shoppes at Buckland Hills mall recently sold for $3.1 million.
In a deed recorded Jan. 28, the 4,419-square-foot retail building on 1 acre at 240 Buckland St., was sold to 617 Brighton LLC, based in Brooklyn, New York. The building dates to 1993, according to town assessing records.
The seller, Manchester CT Realty Ventures LLC, lists Randy Kaston, of Newton, Massachusetts, as its principal.
Josh Goldflam, of New York-based Highcap Investment Real Estate Solutions represented the buyer.
Glen Kunofsky, Anthony D’Ambrosia, Josh Kanter and Stewart Hickey, of New York-based NNN Pro Group; and Brian Brockman of Bang Realty, of Blue Ash, Ohio, represented the seller.
The property, located in a “good retail location,” was on the market for four months, D’Ambrosia said. The buyer paid all cash through a 1031 exchange, he said.
The existing lease features 3% yearly increases, D’Ambrosia noted.
The tenant is Curaleaf.
