🔒Manchester office building housing state agency sells for $2.45M

A Manchester office building hosting a state Department of Social Services resource center has sold for $2.45 million. In a deed recorded Tuesday, ABL Associates LLC sold the 25,112-square-foot, 1960-vintage office building on 6.8 acres at 699 Middle Turnpike East, in Manchester, to another LLC headed by Manchester-based real estate investor Tarequl Ambia. The seller’s principal is Andrew J. Mandell, of West Hartford. Thomas P. Boyle, of Chozick Realty, represented the seller.
