A Wisconsin-based realty trust has purchased a Manchester medical office building for $11.3 million, according to the seller’s broker.
Physicians Realty Trust, a publicly traded company that also owns a medical facility in Plainville, has bought the 29,000-square-foot property at 515 Middle Turnpike Road, which was built in 2012 by Farmington-based Metro Realty.
ProHealth Physicians and St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center are currently splitting the leased space the building.
However, St. Francis intends to vacate the building once its lease is up next summer, at which point ProHealth will take over the entire facility.
New York-based Lee & Associates brokered the deal.
