The Manchester law firm headed by Darren J. Gagliardi and Jason E. Doucette has joined with the Hartford solo practice of Timothy L. Geraghty, the firms announced.
The combined firm — Gagliardi, Doucette & Geraghty LLC — will have offices in Manchester and on North Main Street in West Hartford. The merger takes effect Thursday.
The firm focuses on real estate, finance, general business and corporate law, as well as wills, trusts and estates.
