Manchester industrial property sells for $1.1 million

A Manchester industrial building has sold for $1.1 million, according to town records.

The 82,270-square-foot facility at 49 Regents St. sold this month.

The buyer was Stephens Pipe & Steel LLC, which is a fence products manufacturer and distributor with locations across the country, according to the company’s website.

The seller was TE Realty Enterprises LLC, which is controlled by Allen Lawton Jr. and Matthew Eagan, who are the co-owners of office furniture seller Transfer Enterprises Inc.

The property was built in 1956, sits on 6.2 acres and has 100 parking spaces.
