A Manchester building hosting an arm of international manufacturing outfit Flex Ltd. recently sold for $6.42 million.
VTM Realty LLC, of Ellington, sold the roughly 26-year-old, 56,250-square-foot manufacturing building on nearly 4 acres at 71 Utopia Road to Reno, Nevada-based KG Land Co. LLC. The sale was recorded by the town on Jan. 6.
VTM’s principals are Douglas Schneider, of Ellington, and Steven Arnold, of Willington.
The buyer is a limited liability company registered in Arizona.
