Manchester hotel sells for $5.1M

The 80-unit Manchester Inn & Suites hotel recently sold for $5.1 million.

Greenwich-based 20 Taylor Street LLC sold the 21-year-old hotel at 20 Taylor St. in Manchester to Dev Hospitality LLC in a deal logged July 5. Dev Hospitality was formed in March with a business address at the hotel in Manchester.

The sellers’ principals are Ravi Nichani, of Riverside, Connecticut, and Shalinder Nichani of Greenwich. The buyer’s principals are Smeet Ghandi of Las Vegas and Jaydeep Gandhi, of Manchester Center, Vermont.

The three-story, 52,909-square-foot hotel sits on 7.4 acres of commercial land a short distance from Interstate 84.

The property last sold for $3.6 million in 2016, according to assessing records.
