Manchester-based online commercial drone service provider PhotoFlight Aerial Media said Thursday it has acquired a pair of Hartford-based aerial photography companies.
The two companies, 500 Feet Drones LLC and Stribog Media LLC, operate as www.notadrone.com and they offer aerial videography, photography and real estate marketing and other services, according to their website.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
PhotoFlight Aerial Media, online at www.photoflightam.com, offers nationwide services for video and film production companies as well as for marketers, construction, engineering and architectural firms, and property and casualty insurers.
Mike Gearin, CEO at PhotoFlight Aerial Media, said acquiring the two separate companies will enable his firm to expand those services.
The company is licensed and insured as a national drone operator by the Federal Aviation Administration.
