A Manchester building hosting a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant recently sold for $3.95 million.
In a deed recorded June 2, a limited liability company tied to Berlin-based real estate investment firm Opportunity Real Estate Equities paid $3.95 million for the 6,030-square-foot, 2012-vintage restaurant building on 1.4 commercially zoned acres at 112 Buckland St.
The seller was Georgia-based Heights Equities Holdings LLC, whose president is Greg Maloof.
The restaurant property is nestled in Manchester’s heavily developed big-box retailer shopping district. According to Opportunity Real Estate Equities’ website, it came with a renewed 10-year, triple-net lease with annual increases.
The buying LLC lists Opportunities Real Estate Equities and William Coons III as principals. Coons is a founder and managing member with the real estate company.
