The three-story building had been owned by the Harrison family for three generations and has maintained high occupancy rates, operating at or near 100% occupancy for many years, according to the brokerage.
The property includes nine one-bedroom units, six two-bedroom units and one studio apartment. Amenities include a 14-car garage, four-bay barn with loft, basement storage, a laundry facility and office space.
Chozick Realty represented the buyer, 571 Center St LLC, whose principal is listed as James D. Giulietti of Manchester.
The seller was a trust controlled by the Harrison family. Patricia A. Harrison, of Austin, Texas, is listed as the successor trustee of the RSH Center Street Trust, according to the warranty deed.
