Gov. Dannel P. Malloy said he will reappoint Jewell Mullen as commissioner of the Department of Public Health and Rob Klee as commissioner of the Department of Energy & Environmental Protection for his second term.
Mullen has been in her role since 2010, while Malloy appointed Klee — formerly a DEEP chief of staff — when former Commissioner Daniel Esty left the job nearly a year ago.
On Tuesday, Malloy also announced that Sharon Palmer would continue as commissioner of the Department of Labor, a post she has held since August 2012.
The governor’s announcements about his second-term team have trickled out over the past week.
