Gov. Dannel Malloy’s office said he will hold a press conference this afternoon to announce his nomination to replace retiring Connecticut Supreme Court Associate Justice Flemming Norcott Jr.
It will be Malloy’s fourth nomination to the seven-member court during his tenure as governor.
Past nominations include Lubbie Harper Jr., Andrew McDonald and Carmen Espinosa.
