Malloy taps Sullivan as CT tax chief

Gov.-Elect Dan Malloy has chosen the former state Lt. Gov. Kevin Sullivan to run the Department of Revenue Services.

Sullivan currently head The Children’s Museum in West Hartford.

“I’ve known Kevin for years, and while he’s no longer a public official, that’s never stopped his commitment to public service,” Malloy said in a statement.

Sullivan was lieutenant governor from 2004 to 2007 was president pro tem from 1997 to 2004.
