John Malfettone has been named chairman of the UConn Foundation’s board of directors.
Malfettone is currently senior managing director and chief compliance officer at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a private equity company in New York. He has served on the board for eight years, and will lead the critical work of fundraising for student scholarships, research and professorships.
