Magellan Health, based in Avon since 2004, has opened its corporate headquarters in Arizona, it announced.
The company first announced the headquarters move in April.
The Scottsdale office will house the healthcare management company’s senior executives. A spokeswoman said in April that approximately 80 workers would remain at Magellan’s Nod Road office in Avon.
The move allows Magellan’s management to be closer to Partners Rx, which it acquired last year for $100 million.

Several of the company’s divisions also have operations in Arizona, including Magellan Rx Management, which serves pharmacies.
