Keith Madore has been appointed executive director of the Tunxis Community College Foundation in Farmington. Madore will work with a board of directors to provide financial support to Tunxis while creating a new annual fund appeal, conducting events management, business and community outreach, and other fundraising activities.
Madore has nearly 24 years of higher education experience, 12 of which have been in institutional advancement. He takes on the new role in addition to serving as the director of institutional advancement and community engagement at Asnuntuck Community College, where he has led advancement efforts since 2014. While at Asnuntuck, Madore has revitalized the campus annual appeal, reaching its highest goals to date. He also has secured some of the largest donations in Asnuntuck’s history, established new scholarships, led the college’s capital campaign and forged partnerships with surrounding industry.
