Manchester-based Lydall Inc. appointed Peter M. Kurto vice president of business development, identifying growth opportunities for the company’s core markets of air and liquid filtration, life sciences and biomedical, and thermal and acoustical solutions.
Previously, he was global marketing director for the filtration division of Imerys, where he led merger and acquisition activity, focusing on deal origination, financing, and negotiation. His experience with the European, Asian, and Indian markets. Prior to Imerys, Kurto was with General Electric Co., where he led its plastics intermediates business.
