Manchester manufacturer Lydall Inc. said its wholly-owned subsidiary in Germany is cooperating with a government investigation of possible antitrust violations.
Lydall said the German Federal Cartel Office, known as Bundeskartellamt, is investigating an undisclosed number of European automotive heat shield manufacturers, including Lydall Gerhardi.
Lydall said it cannot predict the timing or outcome of the investigation. The company is conducting its own independent internal investigation using outside counsel.
