A stone-and-shingle estate at 61 Ely Road in Farmington sold Aug. 17 for $3.8 million, the highest-priced sale on the list. The 12,675-square-foot house sits on 4.74 acres along a ridgeline overlooking the Farmington Valley, and an underground tunnel connects its lower level to a converted A-frame, the original house that stood on the site.
