A.R. Building Co. announced Wednesday that it has opened a 42-unit luxury apartment complex in Meriden, Pomeroy Place Apartments.
The rental community features premium finishes including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Each unit has a balcony, and the complex offers amenities including a fitness center, underground parking, bike racks and an Amazon package locker system.
The development targets residents seeking access to both Hartford and New Haven, while living in a smaller city setting.

Leasing began recently, and some residents have already moved in, according to the company.
A.R. Building Co., founded in Pittsburgh in 1968, develops, constructs and manages apartment communities, townhomes and single-family rental properties across more than 50 locations.
