John Loyacano has been appointed to director of operations for the Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks, managed by Waterford Hotel Group, Inc. In his new role, Loyacano will oversee all rooms and food and beverage departments. Loyacano began working with Waterford Hotel Group in 2004 at Mystic Marriott Hotel and Spa in Groton. Most recently, he served as director of rooms at the Hilton Hartford. Loyacano, a West Hartford resident, holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel restaurant and institutional management from Penn State University.
