Jeff Lower has been hired as vice president at Loureiro Contractors Inc., a Plainville-based multi-disciplinary firm providing engineering, environmental health and safety, energy, facility, waste management consulting, construction and laboratory analytical services.
Lower was most recently a vice president of the heavy highway division for a specialty environmental and construction company. He has 27 years of experience in civil engineering and construction.
