Plainville-based Loureiro, an engineering, construction and waste management firm, has hired Dean Cordiano as general counsel.
He will manage the company’s legal matters, review and develop contracts and ensure the company complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Most recently, Cordiano was a partner at Day Pitney in Hartford, a job he recently retired from after 37 years.
He is a law instructor at the University of Connecticut School of Law and serves as a special master in the federal and state courts in Connecticut.
