Julie Loughran has been appointed president and CEO of the Connecticut Community Foundation, effective Nov. 15. Loughran has served as the foundation’s director of development and communications since 2014 and will replace Paula Van Ness, who plans to retire in December.
Loughran joined the foundation in 2014 to lead its fund development and communications efforts. He has also worked as a nonprofit and campaign communications strategist, and lawyer.
