A Los Angeles-based commercial and residential real estate brokerage, The Agency, has opened a second office in Connecticut as it rapidly expands.
The new office is at 1636 Post Road in Fairfield. The Agency’s other Connecticut office is in New Canaan.
The new office, called The Agency Fairfield County-Fairfield, will be led by Managing Partners Michael Smith and Donald Mastroianni, with Aken Musa and Courtney McManus as managing directors and John Caminiti as the broker of record.
Maurico Umansky, CEO and founder of The Agency, and the company chose Fairfield County for the new office because of its easy access to cities like New York and Boston.
The Agency has recently increased its footprint across the globe, launching 30 new offices in 2024 and expanding into seven new markets in Q1 of this year.
The Agency has more than 130 corporately owned and franchise offices across 13 countries.
