Long Term Care Advisory Council Honored

National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Connecticut Chapter, honored the Connecticut Long Term Care Advisory Council as its outstanding advocacy partner at its annual meeting and awards ceremony. The Advisory Council has actively supported the creation and continuation of the Connecticut Home Care Program for the Disabled. More than half of those in the pilot program live with MS.
